Week 16, Portrait: Movement
So, this weekend I got to play with doing shutter drag at the Whidbey Island Marathon. I only caught part of the event though, as I was a bit under the weather still and also had people visiting. Shutter dragging, (a slight longer exposure where you move the camera with the person) is new to me, and though I did get a few serviceable shots, I had many more that were utter junk… But this is how learning happens! Still, not really one of my best attempts =/
Shot with a Panasonic GX8 35-100/2.8 @ 100mm, f16, 1/50sec, iso100.
Here are some of the other shots from the day, including a not so great one of the first female marathon finisher, #284
